Dr.
Kevin Tehrani is a highly esteemed surgeon renowned for his expertise in
aesthetic plastic surgery. Believing that plastic surgery can be the ultimate

Dr. Tehrani earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate
Medical Center. Then, he completed his general surgery residency at Beth
Israel Medical Center in New York where he was Chief Resident in General
Surgery. He continued his postgraduate training in plastic and reconstructive
surgery at Kansas University Medical Center where he again served as Chief
Resident.
Dr. Tehrani has also received special training from Ted
E. Lockwood, M.D., the pioneer in body contouring surgery. Dr. Tehrani is
proud to be the first graduate to offer these state-of-the-art techniques
to the tristate area. His specialties in aesthetic plastic surgery include
revolutionary minimal incision face lifts and endoscopic brow lifts as well
as lateral tension abdominoplasty and lower body lift.
Dr. Tehrani is an outstanding educator in his field, which
is enhanced by his expertise in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Tehrani
holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department
of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He provides instructional courses
in aesthetic laser applications. He has presented both nationally and internationally
at major medical symposia. Recognized for his superior talents, Dr. Tehrani
papers have been published in leading peer reviewed scientific journals.
Dr. Tehrani is internationally recognized as one of the
most gifted, dedicated and precise in his field. During intense surgical
training, he dedicated all of his research and surgical efforts toward patient
satisfaction and well-being.
Dr. Tehrani was raised on Long Island and currently lives
in Manhattan with his wife Leontine. He serves as Lieutenant Commander in
Naval Reserves Medical Corps. He volunteers his surgical expertise to under
developed countries for children with congenital defects. His outside interests
include sculpting, the opera, skiing, and scuba diving.
